Rhys Allen is the CEO and founder of Training Room. He is a current Division I track and field athlete at the University of Maryland, competing in the discus and shot put. Rhys has also represented his home country of Great Britain and is a six-time national champion.As a former intern with UMD’s strength and conditioning staff, Rhys gained hands-on experience coaching Division I athletes across multiple sports. He combines his elite competitive background with practical coaching experience to design strength programs that help athletes build power, sharpen technique, and perform at their highest level.

Fin Essley is the Head of Marketing Operations and an operating manager at Training Room. He is currently a Division I track and field athlete at the University of Maryland, competing in the hammer throw and discus. With a strong background in multiple sports and years of experience in the weight room, Fin brings a wealth of practical training knowledge to Training Room.He helps design effective, athlete-focused strength programs and also oversees the brand’s digital presence, including social media and the website.
